  • you’ll manage the full recruitment life cycle, from the initial briefing call, to sourcing, reviewing CV’s, screening calls, arranging interviews, offer management and onboarding
  • clear communication with stakeholders and hiring managers through the process, regularly updating them on progress, problems or challenges

Requirements

  • you will have proven experience working within Recruitment/Talent within a recruitment agency or an in-house role
  • proficiency in using an ATS software
  • proven experience in administrative tasks and highly organised
  • ability to manage key stakeholders and advise on interview processes where necessary
  • experience in managing ever-changing work demands and how to prioritise with effective time management skills
  • ability to make decisions autonomously and within a larger team
  • proactive high performer, who takes pride and full ownership of their work and completing tasks to a tight deadline
  • previous campus recruitment experience necessary

  • have a clear awareness of mobile Internet development patterns, network and social hotspots, and active thinking
  • bilingual
  • ability to communicate across both internal and external stakeholders
  • more than 6 years of expertise in content production, planning, or editing; more than 3 years of management experience; and foreign education experience is preferable
  • highly organised, agile, and able to thrive in a fast paced start up environment
  • have extensive content trading project expertise, are familiar with the current market content ecology and content flow gaming, including copywriting and video content, and have a broad understanding of content operation methods and channels
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • heavy users of content products, skilled in content operation strategies and platform characteristics, have a thorough awareness of content formats and the creation of new media, and have a good insight into user content preferences and reading needs
