  • working directly with a Senior Account Manager
  • following up on all marketing leads
  • customer engagements such as meetings, networking events
  • active engagement with existing accounts and with previous prospects to revisit opportunities
  • proactive management of renewals looking for upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • liaising with customers and prospects to understand their needs and offering a solution
  • negotiating purchase of required products and services with company suppliers
  • new business generation and account management role with a focus on generating leads and new contacts including outbound cold calling and support and involvement in call out days

Requirements

  • A strong interest in Cyber Security and willingness to continually extend knowledge
  • disciplined and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
  • familiarity and good level of proficiency with MS Office suite of products
  • excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • ability to actively listen to a customer’s needs and match to appropriate products and services
  • engaging and approachable – able to build and maintain good relationships
  • self-motivated – able to work productively and organise workload
  • tenacious / resilient – can overcome objections/sees the positive, moves on to the next challenge, picks their battles
