Responsibility

  • overall responsibility for the designated Client Accounts and ensuring the smooth running
  • attend client meetings as required, which will be off site at the client offices or local location
  • present activity updates to client
  • ensure client receives requested reports in a timely fashion
  • forecast and track client account metrics including managing activity budget
  • ensure KPIs and Targets are met - implement measures to ensure targets are hit ongoing
  • maintenance of the client account lists on Excel
  • there will be a requirement to "cleanse, test and scrutinize" data before processing into reports
