Responsibility
- call prospective clients by phone to introduce our ground breaking commercial water product to businesses across Scotland
- identify client needs and provide solutions to their problems
- meet and exceed all targets and other KPIs as detailed in your contract and via your line manager
- explain why our water supply company is the right choice for them
- cross sell other products in the Cooperative & BBW portfolio
- be flexible in your schedule to meet the needs of the business
- attend mandatory training sessions on new products, services, and billing procedures
- attend ongoing training in sales techniques, networking, and customer relationship management
Requirements
- previous call center experience preferred but not required
- excellent communication skills
- ability to build rapport with clients
- strong time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team depending on the needs of the business
