Responsibility

  • ensuring that client schedules and care rotas are delivered timely and concisely
  • assist with developing and maintaining care plans for each client
  • conduct regular assessments of clients to monitor their progress and make adjustments to their care plans as needed
  • support with the safe recruitment of Care Assistants in line with our policies and procedures
  • conduct regular client and carer satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement
  • monitor carer hours and punctuality with our electronic call monitoring system
  • communicate with clients and their families to ensure that their needs are being met
  • maintain accurate and up-to-date records for client and carers in line with CQC requirements
