  • to help out in the bistro, serving coffee making sandwiches & assisting chefs
  • ensure high standards of presentation and cleanliness in the front of house areas at all times
  • general cleaning duties as required
  • general Assistant/Barista
  • ensure legal training requirements are kept up to date
  • support the kitchen team with delivery collection from the loading bay
  • 40 hours per week
  • support Chef Manager with admin, due diligence, ordering & other paperwork as required
