writing plans of work, specifications of work. Vetting and quality control checking others method statements and plans of work
site and removal team management to ensure projects are delivered on time and in budget
assist in managing Asbestos Contracts - ensuring delivery of services in a timely manner, maintaining contractor relationship and quality standards
quality monitoring and auditing of removal works where necessary together with the Compliance Manager
working with Blue A Subcontractors to price remedial work or reinstatement projects
assist to ensure that all information systems are appropriately maintained so that colleagues have access to relevant and up to date information together with the Compliance Manager
support the organisations requirement to Manage Asbestos for its clients and fulfilling its obligations alongside the rest of the project management team
Requirements
minimum of 5 years experience in a Senior asbestos role
computer literacy in MS Office
prepared to commute to and from jobs in the South/East
experience with the use of Visio for drawings
commercially aware
valid UK driving licence with a minimum of 1 year driving experience and ability to travel
excellent managerial and time management skills

hold a Category B driving license for a minimum of 1 year, this is an essential requirement to be insured
live local to Watford
should hold all relevant paperwork associated with asbestos removal and have at least 6 months experience supervising asbestos removal projects both licensed and non licensed
