nursery manager

  • nursery manager
  • deputy nursery manager

Responsibility

  • answer email enquiries and managing parent communications
  • monthly orders prepared and submitted to Gompels Supplies for delivery direct to the Nurseries
  • setting up and Completing of staff rotas and shifts
  • taking care of paper filing at the Nursery, including scanning papers as required for children and staff
  • management, reconciliation and maintenance of petty cash
  • recruiting for Staff and Onboarding of new staff in compliance to safer recruitment process and procedures
  • answer phone and shield the cold calling that comes through majority of the time. When new parents call for spaces on this number then book online appointments for them
  • manage Staff Clocked Hours and submitting Payroll each month
