- candidates with experience in Itero 3D scan, Dental monitoring, Dental photography and Taking impressions are preferable and of advantage
- follow the company’s new patient journey, ensuring a consistent experience for all new patients and leads
- handle all leads according to the designated pathway, ensuring all information is captured and recorded as required
- assist patients on their journey through the consultation process and ensure all enquiries are handled accurately and quickly
- we perform a wide range variety of simple and complex dental treatments including orthodontic, dental implants, veneer treatments, and facial aesthetics. There is also scope to enhance your career goals by enrolling on the radiography course
- you will also support the area manager and be a key point of contact for staff, you will work closely with our team, ensuring dental sessions run as smoothly as possible. In addition to your dental nursing duties you will assisting the daily operational and clinical management of the practice
- completing all trackers and paperwork as required
- follow up individual patient lists with the aim of converting patients and generating revenue
- support and assist in the day-to-day management of the clinic including deputising as required for the area manager and cross covering other Senior Dental Nurses
- reporting to line managers and senior management in regard to performance against listed KPIs and targets
- handle payments to the practice by card, finance and BACS transfer
- keep records of financial transactions for patient treatment plans
- conduct face to face, virtual and telephone Consultations with new patients with the aim of building rapport and securing attendance for a Dental Consultation, and completing all necessary reporting
- work with the management team keeping up to date with new patient pathways and implementing updated patient journeys
- make future appointments as required, including follow up calls reviewing treatment plans

Requirements
- A good standard of formal education
- ability to keep calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication skills, both written and oral
