- ● Minimum of 2 years in a management position within residential care of children in the last 5 years
- ● Therapeutic work with young people
- ● Worked within Ofsted inspection framework
Responsibility
- ● Ensure the health and safety of children,staff and visitors, by complying with relevant legislation, policies and procedures
- ● Ensure all policies and procedures are implemented fully and adhered to to meet legal obligations
- ● Ensure that any repairs or damage to the property or belongings of the organisation are reported and that necessary action is taken to ensure the safety of the young people
- ● Support the Registered Manager to ensure the home provides a positive physical environment, with regard to design, comfort and homeliness as well as hygiene and cleanliness
