Responsibility
- pro-actively managing a portfolio of both apartment buildings and estates
- conducting frequent property inspections, compiling inspection reports and uploading these to our CRM system
- arranging works with various contractors
- communicating with brokers to ensure the buildings have the correct level of insurance cover
- liaising with residents and leaseholders and quickly and efficiently resolving any issues
- communicating with developers and freeholders
- reviewing lease agreements and advising of their contents to leaseholders
- arranging and chairing annual general meetings
