Responsibility
- oversee the day-to-day operations of the coffee shop, including catering, food production, coffee service and recruicting
- manage and supervise staff members, ensuring they are properly trained and providing exceptional customer service
- develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the coffee shop
- collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- handle guest complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- create and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of food production, catering and experience as a Barista
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing issues
- proficient in computer systems and software used in the industry
- previous experience as an Assistant Manager or General Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in a coffee shop or catering setting
- supervising experience: 1 year
