Responsibility

  • provide expert technical procurement and contract management guidance ensuring all regulatory and statutory duties are discharged
  • support internal and external stakeholders with specification development to ensure sufficiently robust
  • conduct regular Public Procurement Regulations awareness sessions
  • support the Head of Quality and Compliance to proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses and present recommendations
  • identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and economy through procurement activity such as developing the use of frameworks and other related procurement route options
  • reading and validating contracts, ensuring that they are fully compliant
