Responsibility

  • our gardens are looked after all year round so you must love being outside in all weathers
  • we also carry out various garden projects and soft landscaping tasks which will give you a wealth of knowledge and variation in the role
  • your responsibilities will include all areas of garden maintenance such as: lawn mowing and maintenance, weeding, seasonal pruning of shrubs, plants and hedges, strimming & hedge trimming, planting and leaf clearance

Requirements

  • at least 2 years professional gardening experience with a passion for gardening
  • at least 3 years professional gardening experience with a passion for gardening
  • you will need to have relevant gardening experience including some knowledge of plants and pruning techniques
  • punctuality, care for detail and reliability are extremely important
  • horticultural qualification or similar
  • you will also need a full clean driving licence, be a great team player, hard working with a can do attitude
  • knowledge of plants and pruning techniques
  • familiarity with use of gardening machinery such as trimmers, mowers, blowers and strimmers
