  • some property management experience – This could be the next step in your career
  • high level of customer service skills – Treating everyone as you like to be treated
  • excellent telephone manner, excellent communication skills, including active listening – Interested in creating smooth processes
  • excellent organisational /administration / people skills – Confident with people & processes
  • able to prioritise workload, flexible to clients’ needs - Able to negotiate & manage expectations
