Responsibility

  • act as a point of contact for clients interested in buying or renting properties
  • conduct property viewings & provide detailed information to potential buyers or tenants
  • negotiate offers & terms between buyers/tenants & property owners
  • prepare & present offers to clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately
  • build & maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the letting process
  • stay up-to-date with market trends, property values & legal requirements related to sales & lettings
  • collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets & meet client expectations

Requirements

  • excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • strong negotiation abilities to secure favourable deals for clients
  • knowledge of the local property market & current industry trends
  • attention to detail & ability to handle paperwork accurately
  • self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
  • ability to work well under pressure & meet deadlines
  • proficient in using computer software for property listings & client management
