  • we are an independent Bakery based in Nottingham
  • we are looking for experienced bakers/pastry chefs with a creative mind
  • you must have previous experience working in a bakery or professional kitchen
  • must be able to work early shifts . Must be available to work throughout the year in Nottingham
  • you must feel comfortable with taking the lead on new recipe ideas and flavour combinations
  • experience and skills in baking savoury items, gluten free or vegan recipes not required but advantageous
  • must have experience in handling bread and pastries at a professional level
  • part time hours to start off with the possibility of full time offered later on
