Responsibility
- build and maintain high standards of positive, professional working relationships
- ensure that the strategic overview and vision is embedded in the home's practice and culture and that you lead by example in ensuring an open culture, one in which staff and young people feel represented and listened to
- to be familiar with and comply with Health & Safety procedures and policy. In the event of any serious risk, take immediate action to reduce this risk and inform line
- to record observations and maintain up to date files, utilising agreed systems and procedures
Requirements
- experience in an EBD Residential Children’s Home
- experience in an EBD Residential Children’s Home is desirable
- qualified QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care or Equivalent
