Responsibility
- working as part of a small team to
- collaborate in the technical design and implementation of M365, O365 within supported tenants
- troubleshoot issues and raise changes to resolve problems or improve the operational performance of related systems
- understand core business needs, requirements, and problems to be solved in order to assess the potential adoption of M365 solutions
- escalation point for service desk, supporting multiple companies and tenants with their M365, Azure, O365 and other hosted applications
- provide ongoing technical design input and implementation of updates to the current SharePoint landscape, and development and deployment of new solutions as required
- raising and carrying out change requests
