• assist with deliveries
• follow the operating procedures and ensure the completion of daily paperwork
• be familiar and up-to-date with policies and procedures, seek clarification if needed
• any other duties as would be expected from a café sales assistant
• undertake cleaning and routine maintenance duties ensuring equipment and furnishing are in good order and high standards of hygiene are met at all times
• maintain the highest standards of Health & Safety, cleanliness, professionalism, and use your own initiative to respond quickly to challenges that may arise
