Responsibility
business Development - Source and action new leads and business, research new customer markets, explore opportunities for growth, face to face and video call appointment generation, develop and update pipeline in CRM, & represent us at trade shows and events
sales - B2B outbound sales, close pipeline opportunities, respond to tenders and generate profitable quotations, meet monthly KPIs, & resign exiting customer contracts and upsell additional services
account Management - Provide exceptional aftercare support to new & existing customers, maintain strong relationships and communication with customers, identify opportunities for additional solutions to existing customers, generate monthly account reviews and identifying cost savings and new services for customers, provide inbound technical support, & supporting in the setup of purchased products and services
