Responsibility

  • welcoming guests, dealing with any requests, and providing a concierge service leading to an exceptional guest experience
  • reception duties including reservations administration, handling enquiries via e-mail and telephone, and maintaining the smooth running of the reception desk
  • hosting and serving guests throughout the day and evening in our Cocktail and champagne bar/lounge
  • providing a memorable breakfast experience ensuring our guests are all set up for their day ahead and leave with a lasting positive impression
  • supervision of the housekeeping team, assisting where necessary and conducting thorough pre-arrival room checks making sure that best standards are always maintained
