events manager
Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- research, plan and execute all online, internal and third-party events
- remotely manage and mentor the regional and events team of two individuals based in EMEA and APAC
- develop and support regional marketing campaigns, working across EMEA, Americas and APAC
- engage with event speakers and partners on logistics and management
- manage individual event budgets
- measure and report on the effectiveness of each event/campaign i.e. leads and ROI
- process all event administration and logistics
- manage promotional stock by coordinating requirements with regional offices and placing orders with external vendors
Requirements
- bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
- motivated and enthusiastic about the role
- experience working in a people management capacity
- strong organisational and project management skills
- must be comfortable splitting time between office and remote working
- excellent communicator
- must be comfortable with European and transatlantic travel
- able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
