  • guest experience is our number priority, and we're paving the way to obtain a third rosette in 2024
  • we're looking for someone who is calm under pressure yet energetic and self motivated
  • we are a small team here at Blakeney House, and as an Assistant Manager, you will play an exciting yet pivotal part of our management team
  • training will be given to all admin areas as well as FOH if required
  • we have performance bonus' in place so the better the business does, the better the bonus'
  • reporting directly to the General Manager and deputising in in their absence, you'll be responsible for running operations in all FOH & BOH departments to ensure a smooth and efficient running of the hotel
  • the job entails day to day tasks such as taking bookings for the hotel and restaurant, admin paperwork, ordering supplies, FOH positions and over seeing dining services
