Responsibility

• assemble BladeRoom components safely in a fast-paced factory environment to the required specification
• install the BladeRoom component on site to the required standard and in a professional and safe manner
• able to understand basic production drawings, product specific changes and adhere to written procedures and method statements

• ensure that all products are built to the highest standard of quality
• understand the Companys QA processes and why the bar for quality is set so high
• work within a team to maximise productivity and efficiency
• maintain very high levels of cleanliness and carry out housekeeping duties when required
• be trained in a variety of processes and be willing to undertake a cross section of assembly operations
• maintain a high level of H&S ensuring that safety procedures that have been put in place by the management are adhered to
