strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organise, and manage resources effectively
excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering collaboration and achieving project objectives
solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial management principles
proficiency in project management software and tools
strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks accordingly
Responsibility
prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and recommendations
documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and meeting minutes
project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Create and maintain project schedules, considering available resources and constraints
budget Management: Prepare project budgets, estimates, and cost analysis. Monitor project costs, track expenses, and ensure adherence to allocated budget. Identify and address any budgetary discrepancies promptly
