  • this organisation manufactures and supplies Workwear and PPE to various sectors including Logistics, Construction, Utility, Rail, FM and Aviation
  • they design and distribute their own brand of safety and workwear products together with the distribution of leading brands
  • use expert knowledge in order to cross-sell and up-sell to meet monthly gross profit targets
  • processing sales orders via the telephone from internal, non-managed clients
  • being the main point of contact internally for larger, managed clients
  • providing expert advice on products and ensuring a strong relationship is being built
