Responsibility
- manage and co-ordinate all events within the venue from enquiry to delivery
- co-ordinate bar & catering operations
- respond promptly and efficiently to all event enquiries
- work with Marketing Team to generate new event business / venue hires / packages for groups
- maintain relationships with corporate clients to fulfil their needs with regards to booking meeting space, networking events & office parties
- working with Events Team to plan & fulfil cross-over events
- recruit & manage staff – kitchen / front of house / bar staff
- ensure compliance with health & safety, fire safety & licensing regulations
