Responsibility

  • ensuring accurate use of in-house systems, diary management and updating and maintaining client records
  • reconciling daily, weekly and monthly financial activity and banking
  • achieving financial objectives and increasing profits
  • dealing with customer service issues such as queries and complaints
  • determine and manage staffing requirements including interviews, appraisals and performance reviews as well as organising or delivering training and development
  • create and manage staffing rotas to maintain a balance of outstanding customer service, simultaneously working to a sensible and sustainable budget
  • supporting the reception and health assessment teams with administrative support to deliver an industry leading customer experience
  • ensuring compliance with health & safety legislation and resolving health & safety, legal and security issues

Requirements

  • capacity and willingness to attain CQC Registered Manager status
