Responsibility
- analysing the inclusions and exclusions items provided by the contractors and ensuring that these are dealt with appropriately
- review monthly Contractor Payment Applications and produce timely Payment Certificates for Business approval
- undertaking detailed analysis of tender returns to ensure that they are accurate
