  • supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen staff during events, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation
  • maintain inventory levels and control costs by minimizing waste and optimizing resource utilization

Requirements

  • proven experience as a Chef, preferably in event catering or a similar fast-paced environment
  • culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred
  • strong knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and food presentation
  • ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results within strict deadlines
  • excellent organizational and time management skills
  • strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively liaise with clients, event planners, and team members
  • attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and delicious dishes
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per event schedules
