  • run multiple projects and converse at a senior level within the accounts
  • some pre-sales duties, for example, influencing opportunity qualification and producing quotes and tender documents

  • ensuring Quality of both installations and service delivery as well as increasing revenue potential, and profitability and ensuring client retention and growth
