Responsibility
- most of the residents have lived at the care home for over 20 years and therefore, are mostly very settled
- this is a caring, homely environment, where everyone is valued and encouraged to achieve their full potential
- residents require support with personal care and daily living skills
- the temp to perm position, working nights, consists of supporting residents aged 19 to 65, with conditions such as dementia and learning disabilities, in a well-established care facility in Hereford. You will be part of an established staff team
- other support includes helping with appointments, maintaining contact with their families and an array of activities which include Woodland walks, Arts and Crafts, Visits to town, Cookery sessions, Horse riding and visits to the Theatre
