- develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to support fundraising campaigns, events and other initiatives
- produce engaging content for a range of channels, including social media, email, and print
- work with external agencies and partners to create and distribute promotional materials
- manage the charity's external and internal communications, including media relations, public relations and stakeholder management
- draft and edit content for the website, social media channels, and other communication materials
- work closely with our supporters and volunteers to develop compelling stories and case studies
- manage the charity's administrative tasks, including financial record-keeping, donor management, and database management
- organize and coordinate events, meetings, and other activities
