Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- to ensure the accurate processing of jobs within the Transport Management Software
- ensure all customer orders, PODs, and associated paperwork are processed in a timely manner in order to correctly raise invoices
- to promptly answer telephone calls within the department
- to facilitate the timely production of sales invoices within our own systems and via customer portals
- chase customers for PO numbers
- ensuring that all driver run sheets and relevant information is prepared for the weekly pay roll within deadlines
- general administrative tasks to provide support to the Heavy Haulage Operations team
- handle customer query’s in a timely manner
Requirements
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- excellent organisation skills
- the ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative
- previous Experience preferred
