Responsibility

  • maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the board, setting, and always adhering to sanitisation protocols
  • to ensure that all guest and room supply stock levels are maintained
  • address and follow up on maintenance issues as and when they arise throughout your assigned areas
  • to manage the general upkeep of all guest areas, bedrooms, and laundry room
  • we are looking for a dynamic team member to join a fun and energetic crew, helping to create an exceptional guest experience at our luxury exclusive, 10-Bedroom lodge, on the edge of Exmoor National Park
  • to assist the Lodge Manager with training and development needs for the housekeeping department, as required

  • carryout bedroom servicing when guests are in house- Including Full property change overs, daily servicing, and linen changes
