Responsibility
- design, build, implement & lead the bit.bio inventory management strategy
- ensure inventory management processes meet legal and external audit requirements and standards, both from an internal process and supplier perspective
- coordinate a cross-functional team whilst fostering strong relationships across all areas of the business to ensure operational timescales are met
- collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prepare for bit.bio future manufacturing and R&D needs
- optimise inventory and analyse opportunities for continuous improvement across the supply chain
- analyse and present Inventory data for internal colleagues and relevant external stakeholders, developing and implementing KPI trackers
- find solutions for day-to-day inventory and supply issues that arise within the supply chain, such as delivery delays, supply quality control and laboratory replenishments
Requirements
- executing high-quality supply chain design with an excellent track record in managing inventory across an end-to-end supply chain
- working in an interdisciplinary, diverse team and efficiently executing highly complex projects
- working with Finance, Quality Assurance/Quality Control and external auditors in manufacturing supply chains
