Responsibility

  • we are looking for an experienced Sales & Lettings Administrator to join our team
  • the successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales and Lettings team
  • booking relevant contractors to maintain the decoration and repairs of properties
  • have a good understanding of the local property market
  • preparing properties to let
  • be able to provide advice on the legal aspects of buying and renting properties
  • carrying out check ins and inventories prior to the start of a tenancy
  • be able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibility

  • build and maintain structures, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal
  • operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks
  • dig trenches and holes for planting or irrigation purposes
  • assist in the installation and maintenance of structural elements to ensure stability
  • assist the senior builder will all the ground works including tiling, flooring, skimming etc
  • conduct groundskeeping duties such as clearing debris, maintaining pathways, and ensuring safety standards are met
  • collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to deadlines

Requirements

  • proven knowledge with the ability to use tools effectively
  • experience in ground work is preferred but not essential
  • familiarity with electric or plumbing principles is advantageous
  • strong physical fitness to perform manual labour tasks, including digging and lifting
  • ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and maintaining high standards of work quality
