- assist in the installation and maintenance of structural elements to ensure stability
- assist the senior builder will all the ground works including tiling, flooring, skimming etc
- conduct groundskeeping duties such as clearing debris, maintaining pathways, and ensuring safety standards are met
- collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to deadlines
- proven knowledge with the ability to use tools effectively
- experience in ground work is preferred but not essential
- familiarity with electric or plumbing principles is advantageous
- strong physical fitness to perform manual labour tasks, including digging and lifting
- ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and maintaining high standards of work quality
