Working hours

  • full-time | Contract

Responsibility

  • operational Lead
  • maintaining accurate and up-to-date confidential HR records in electronic format
  • assisting with recruitment, posting job adverts, screening CVs, coordinating recruitment days, arranging interviews etc
  • preparing documentation for new starters, current employees and leavers
  • maintaining up-to-date job descriptions, contracts, performance reviews etc
  • preparing timesheets on a monthly basis for bank staff
  • monitoring holiday / absence records and liaising with payroll
  • arranging and monitoring employee training

Requirements

  • you have Good computer skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • being able to prioritise your workload is a key skill of yours and you ensure you meet deadlines
  • you're flexible, with a ‘can-do’ approach and enjoy being part of a team
  • you understand and respect the sensitivity of HR information and ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times
  • you have the ability to communicate effectively and are confident to work both independently and as part of a larger team, whilst using own initiative
  • human resources: 1 year
