Responsibility

  • provide a full and professional technical support service ensuring we carry out our production activities
  • please note for this role you must have experience in Stage, Rigging and Counterweight flying system

  • reporting to the ‘Duty Manager’, the ‘Duty Supervisors’ provide leadership, guidance and support to our Lead Visitor Service Assistants, Visitor Service Assistants and Volunteers
  • they provide ‘Duty’ Supervisory cover ‘on the floor’ as and when required, in line with business needs for areas such as Front of House, Bars, Retail and Hospitality, ensuring a visible ‘management presence’ and that agreed standards are consistently in place
  • the role exists to ensure that we have Response Team to support the Duty Manager in the investigation and management of any incidents that may occur, and to ensure compliance with licensing, food safety, health & safety and other legislation at all times, as well as ensuring that our exceptional service standards are maintained at all times
