  • maintaining a consistently high level of food quality and ensuring company specifications are adhered to
  • creation of appealing menus and specials board
  • organising and overseeing the work of the kitchen staff and delegating and sharing tasks
  • managing stocks of food with careful food rotation
  • job Type: Full-time, Permanent over 5 days per week commencing 17/7/23
  • working to a wage budget and creating rota’s utilising the workforce
  • weekly reporting of all KPI's

Requirements

  • minimum of 2 years previous experience in a position of head chef required
