  • to plan, prepare and provide nutritious meals every day
  • maintain stock control
  • birchwood House is looking for a weekend Chef to join our residential home. Hours will be 8am-5pm. One to two years experience required
  • maintain the five star EHO rating of the home
  • carry out good food management and HACCP documentation
  • keep yourself and the team up to date with changes in legislation and adhere to the policies and procedures of Birchwood
