  • 2.5 Providing after-sales care as well as gaining and using feedback from clients including dealing efficiently with complaints
  • 2.6 Complaints / compliments storing/reporting
  • 2.7 Warm calling of prospective customers
  • 2.8 Conduct annual customer reviews implementing any necessary changes identified
