Requirements
- A minimum of Level 2 full and relevant qualification in Childcare
- knowledge of Early Years Alliance
- minimum of three years’ post qualification experience in a day care setting
- current First Aid certificate
- two years of experience of Key Person responsibilities
- current Food Hygiene certificate
- comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the legal framework and EYFS Statutory standards relating to Pre-School care
- experience of a team leader/ managerial role in a preschool setting

- hourly Pay Rate: As in contract
- to support the manager with administration tasks when required
- to ensure that stationery and equipment are well stocked and ordered in a timely manner, consulting the manager/ committee on expenses
- to ensure all staff understand how to deal with child protection issues appropriately and how to respond to incidents, accidents, complaints, and emergencies
- to manage, supervise and support the staffing team, ensuring that all staff have access to suitable training
