- application Management: Experience in supporting & administering applications such as Google Workspace, LastPass, Jira, Notion, Slack, Hubspot and Zoom
- server Admin: Configure and Secure both Windows and Mac Systems; Including proactive checks and alert management, and security monitoring

- support: Responsibility for remote tech and cloud support to the Bippit team across the EU; install & update software and troubleshoot technical issues
Requirements
- experience or understanding of key technologies like Windows and Mac
- excellent problem solving and teamwork skills
- installing, configuring and monitoring software and hardware
- debugging any issues and implementing resolutions
- continuously learn new technology, tools, systems, and sharing knowledge within the team
- creating new systems and processes to maintain compliance
