Requirements
- extensive experience leading the delivery of Business Change on multiple, concurrent and / or complex programmes of work
- desirable - construction industrial or public sector experience
- exposure to Business Process Transformation projects and programmes
- at least 5 years’ experience as a Business Change Manager
- high-level technical understanding of Cloud Hosted Software as a Service , large data constructs and concepts
- at least 3 years’ experience of Cloud Hosted Software as a Service
- at least 2 years, Waterfall and Agile Delivery methodologies
- comfortable delivering multiple work-packages at pace in a secure and highly regulated, change-focussed environment
