Requirements

  • extensive experience leading the delivery of Business Change on multiple, concurrent and / or complex programmes of work
  • desirable - construction industrial or public sector experience
  • exposure to Business Process Transformation projects and programmes
  • at least 5 years’ experience as a Business Change Manager
  • high-level technical understanding of Cloud Hosted Software as a Service , large data constructs and concepts
  • at least 3 years’ experience of Cloud Hosted Software as a Service
  • at least 2 years, Waterfall and Agile Delivery methodologies
  • comfortable delivering multiple work-packages at pace in a secure and highly regulated, change-focussed environment
