Working hours

Responsibility

  • welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel
  • maintaining general office files
  • purchasing office supplies and equipment
  • picking and preparing orders
  • liaising with couriers
  • carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents, including office correspondence, sales invoices and stock records

Requirements

  • one or more years’ office administration experience
  • multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
