Responsibility

  • as a Trainee Sales Consultant, you will be the first person our clients speak to at Bionic
  • meeting with prospective and existing business customers across the UK – averaging about 50 knocks per day
  • calling customers who have made a real-time web enquiry
  • establishing customer needs and identifying sales opportunities across multiple products, such as energy, telecommunications and insurance
  • establishing customer needs and identify sales opportunities
  • confirm customers details and qualify if we are able to help
  • acting as the customer’s key point of contact to secure their next business essential contract
  • acting as the customer’s account executive or account manager

Contract type

  • all work is office based except for evening shifts which can be done remotely
  • mon-Fri: 8:45-5:30 pm
  • 2 x weekend days per month: 10-4pm
  • 2 x remote evening shift per month: 5:30 - 8:00pm

Requirements

  • this is an early careers position from which you will be trained and developed to become an Advisor, Consultant, Expert and Specialist over the course of a year
  • from there you will have the opportunity to develop your career further into Management, Sales, Customer Service or within one of our Business Operations functions
