Requirements
- 3-5 years’ industry experience in a marketing and event organisation
- bachelor’s/master’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
- knowledge of content management systems and customer relationship management tools
- working knowledge of HTML, social media, and email software
- must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- experience working with event budgets and forecasting
- must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- evidence of significant experience in B2B event campaign marketing in Agritech industry

Responsibility
- independent project management. This role involves self-managing, decision making and providing advice and budgeted solutions on marketing plans and strategies
- deliver the event marketing campaigns including email, socials, audience engagement and post event surveys
- coordinating transportation, vendors, and supplies for events
- coordinating food and beverage needs for events
- responsible for website set up, design and optimization, including A/B testing, landing pages and CTAs
- manage PPC campaigns and demonstrate SEO best practice and optimization
- coordinating equipment rentals for events
- coordinating decorations and decorations for events
