- increase company brand awareness, membership, and sponsorship of events by the effective use of marketing and related sales strategies
- we are currently looking to hire an experienced Event/Marketing Coordinator. The post will commence immediately - This role is located at Bionema Group Ltd, Institute of Life Science 1, Swansea University, Singleton Park, Swansea
- lead marketing and PR activities
- maintaining event supplies inventory
- monitor campaign performance by producing relevant and timely reports
- promote good practice in all aspects of CRM and database management
- work with sponsors and speakers to expand further the reach of the event
- deliver KPIs set by management to drive online traffic, increase attendee numbers and engagement
- maintain social media presence for the company
- dealing with external suppliers for venues, catering, AV and other event requirements
- content management of website to ensure it is always up to date
- pro-actively managing events diary
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ industry experience in a marketing and event organisation
- bachelor’s/master’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
- knowledge of content management systems and customer relationship management tools

- evidence of significant experience in B2B event campaign marketing in Agritech industry

- PPC and SEO experience
- excellent communication engagement
- experience of hitting digital channel KPIs
- experience of database development and growth including segmentation and personalization
- the candidate must demonstrate that they are analytical, and data orientated with a history of testing and optimization and have creative flair and exceptional attention to detail
- ability to deep dive into an industry and recommend the strategy
- experience in creating face-to-face and digital/online customer experiences
