- manage and curate content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter accounts
- create fun, dynamic, and informative content for both video and voice-over social media posts
- stay up-to-date with current social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
- use social media analytics to track progress and develop strategies to optimize content and reach target audiences
- create and manage email newsletters for both businesses Using Stripo and Mailchimp
- monitor and respond to customer comments and feedback on social media channels
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management or a related field
- strong computer skills and experience with social media management tools
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- experience in creating engaging and informative video and voice-over content
- ability to think outside of the box and come up with creative ideas for content
- knowledge of social media trends and best practices, particularly for Instagram and TikTok
- strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- comfortable working on camera and in front of the camera
