Responsibility
- we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our Biohacking clinic in Manchester
- develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve clinic objectives
- as the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, strategic planning, and growth of the clinic
- manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments and adherence to quality standards
- this is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a passion for health and wellness
- lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
Requirements
- experience in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry
- strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
